About Memorial Machine

Founded in 1974 by Rex K. Crumpton, Memorial Machine is a leading Tulsa, Oklahoma-based remanufacturer of natural gas and diesel engine components. Initially launched as an automotive parts store and engine rebuilder, the company shifted focus to diesel engines for trucking and heavy equipment. Today, Memorial Machine specializes in natural gas, landfill gas, and large diesel applications and is renowned for its exceptional quality repairs, customer service, and timely returns.

Now in its second generation, Memorial Machine operates across three facilities with a team of over 100 employees. The Tulsa location remains the corporate headquarters and primary remanufacturing hub. As of December 2022, this facility underwent a significant expansion to 66,000 square feet, enhancing its capabilities with one of the most advanced cylinder head remanufacturing setups in the U.S.

The Oklahoma City facility is also growing rapidly, offering the same advanced remanufacturing capabilities as Tulsa and boasting over 25,000 square feet with room for future expansion.  The Bloomfield facility, though smaller in scale, provides essential services to local customers with capabilities comparable to those of the larger shops.

In September 2023, Waukesha – Pearce Industries, LLC (WPI) acquired Memorial Machine further bolstering its industry-leading position. This acquisition is part of a broader strategy to enhance operational efficiency and customer service across its locations.  WPI, a leader in the Construction Machinery and Energy Systems industries since 1924, brings 150 years of combined experience and excellence in remanufactured engines and components.
