1. Use of Website and Services
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this website in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
- To place an order for engine rebuilding services, you must be at least 18 years old or an authorized representative of a business entity with the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Unauthorized use, including but not limited to automated data collection, scraping, or attempts to access restricted areas, is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided when ordering services must be accurate and complete.
2. Engine Rebuilding Services
- All engine components submitted for rebuilding must be free from illegal modifications and legally obtained.
- Memorial Machine reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including if components appear to be stolen, illegally modified, or unsafe.
- Quoted turnaround times are estimates only and not guaranteed completion dates.
- Additional charges may apply if additional work is required beyond what was initially quoted.
3. Warranty and Returns
- Rebuilt engine components carry limited warranties as specified at the time of purchase.
- Warranty coverage is void if components are improperly installed, modified, or used in applications they were not designed for.
- To make a warranty claim, contact Memorial Machine within the warranty period.
- All returns must be authorized in advance and may be subject to restocking fees.
- Custom rebuilt components are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
4. Core Returns
- Core charges apply to certain exchange components and will be refunded upon receipt of acceptable cores.
- Cores must be complete, rebuildable, and of the same type and specification as the purchased component.
- Core return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
- Core refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt and inspection.

- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and technical information, is the property of Memorial Machine and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
